trvcwow is not liable for packages that are lost or stolen after they have been marked as "delivered" by the carrier. If your tracking shows delivered but you have not received your package, we recommend:

Contacting your local post office or carrier's local depot.

Filing a inquiry directly with the carrier using your tracking number.
We will, however, assist you by providing all necessary shipment documentation to support your investigation with the carrier.
