Return policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from trvcwow. Please read our policy carefully to understand your options.
1. Return Eligibility
Timeframe: We accept returns for eligible items within 14 days of the date you receive your order.
Condition: Items must be returned in their original, unworn, unwashed, and undamaged condition, with all original tags and packaging intact.
Proof of Purchase: A valid order number or receipt is required.
2. Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned or exchanged:
Any item marked as "Final Sale" or "Non-Returnable" on the product page.
Altered items (including items that have been hemmed, taken in, or otherwise modified).
Damaged or soiled items due to customer mishandling.
Items without original tags or packaging.
3. Return Process (3-Step Guide)
Step 1: Request Authorization
Before sending anything back, you must contact our customer service team to request a Return Authorization (RA). Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.

Please Provide: Your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return.
Step 2: Package Your Return
Once your RA is approved, you will receive instructions. Please note:
Securely package the item(s) in their original packaging, if possible.
Include a copy of your original packing slip or order confirmation inside the package.
We strongly recommend using a trackable and insured shipping service. trvcwow is not responsible for return packages lost in transit.
Step 3: Ship Your Return
Ship your return package to the address provided in your RA instructions. You are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item shipped).
4. Refunds
Processing Time: Once your return is received and inspected at our warehouse (usually within 5-10 business days of arrival), we will notify you via email of the approval or rejection of your refund.
Approved Refunds: If approved, your refund will be automatically processed to your original method of payment (e.g., PayPal, credit card). Please allow additional time for your bank or payment provider to process and post the refund to your account (typically 5-10 business days).
Partial Refunds: Refunds may be issued at a partial value if an item is returned not in its original condition, is damaged, or has missing tags.
Original Shipping Costs: Shipping fees paid on the original order are non-refundable, except in cases of our error.
5. Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. To receive a different item, please initiate a return for the original item following the process above. Once your return is approved, you can place a new order for the desired item on our website.
6. Incorrect or Damaged Items
If you receive an incorrect, defective, or damaged item, please contact us immediately at aikeexclusivebag@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery. We will arrange a prepaid return label for the item and will expedite a replacement or full refund, including original shipping costs.
7. Sale Items & Promotions
Only regular-priced items are eligible for a full refund. Items purchased on sale or during a promotion may only be eligible for store credit or a partial refund, as specified at the time of purchase.
8. Store Credit
In certain circumstances, we may offer store credit in the form of a digital gift card or promo code at our discretion. Store credit does not expire.
